The “Log Home at Lake Geneva” is exactly what you have been looking for – the perfect private luxury residence for your family, couple or small group getaway. This beautiful 3,000 square foot home has every amenity you need. The Abby Resort & Marina, Gordy’s, Chuck’s and our neighborhood’s private beach & swimming pier are all a quick 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. The town of Lake Geneva is a beautiful 20-minute drive away.
The Home
Our Log Home has been lovingly renovated and decorated with comfort and entertainment in mind. We have an extensive games room, with ping-pong, a vintage video game table, shuffleboard, and darts. There is also a movie room, complete with beverage center, recessed lighting and an extensive DVD collection and Roku with Netflix.
The renovated kitchen opens up to the two-story main room which is anchored by a soaring Santa Fe fireplace, two large couches, and a mid-century recliner. The attached dining room has a rustic great table that can accommodate 12 for dinner. There are four stools at our breakfast bar to accommodate your guests.
The main floor master has a comfortable king bed it’s own TV, large closet and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms have queen beds, reading chairs and large closets. At the top of the stairs is our Reading Music Loft, which is a wonderful place to curl up with a coffee, read a book, strum our guitar or play the electric piano. The loft also has a pull out couch for additional guests.
The house has four bathrooms with three showers for your convenience.
Outside there is a huge front porch, which is the perfect place to relax after a day on the water and connect and relax with friends.
The backyard has a large stone patio with two BBQs as well as a large fire pit and premium back yard swing set.
We are walking distance from Fontana beach. The home includes access to our neighborhood’s private beach; and includes a parking pass to our beachside parking lot. No pets or smoking allowed. Minimum rental age 25.
