How to Reserve
One-step online booking is available for many of our properties. Click on the “Instant Quote” button at the top right-hand corner of the individual property listing page to access this feature. All online reservations require the acceptance of Keefe Resort Rentals Terms and Conditions – this information is provided for your review prior to payment acceptance; in placing an online reservation, guest acknowledges that he/she has read and accepts these policies. Guests can also visit our About Us/Terms and Conditions page to view or print out a copy of our rental policies.
All other reservations by phone or email require the first name, last name, city, state, zip code and the country of the responsible party booking the reservation. A cell phone number and email address is also required. Please call 262-248-1735/toll free 888-999-4492 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the booking process.
To confirm a booking, you will need to pay a 30% deposit that is applied towards your remaining balance. The 30% due at the time of reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please mail a check or authorize a credit-card payment for the remaining balance 45 days prior to arrival. Please make sure to include a copy of your confirmation so we know where to apply payment.
Final payment is also NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception is in the event that we are able to re-rent your property. Refunds are limited to the number days re-rented and the rates applied. A full refund will only be issued if the property is re-rented at equal value. If we are only able to re-rent the property for a lesser amount of days or for a lesser rate, the guest cancelling will be refunded for the rental amount of the number days re-rented.
We cannot and will not make exceptions in regards to our No-Refund Cancellation Policy.
What to Bring
All of our properties are self-catering and prepared to be your home away from home. Guests can expect a home, condo, or villa that is fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, and a basic supply of complimentary amenities such as:
- Paper Towels
- Toilet Paper
- Liquid Hand Soap
- Bar Soap
- Dish Soap
- Dish-washing Detergent
- Garbage Bags
- Coffee Filters
Guests will need to bring personal items such as clothing, toiletries, beach towels, and beach chairs. Some of our properties are equipped with board-games, movies, and other entertainment options, however we encourage guests to inquire about the amenities of the individual properties in order to find the home that provides the features and extras that best suit their vacation needs.
Checking In and Checking Out
Most of Keefe Resort Rentals' vacation properties are accessible via a key-less entry system. A personal code and entry instructions will be provided after reservation has been paid in full. Our Guest Arrival and Departure policy ensures that our guests arrive to find their property fully prepared, cleaned and sanitized. Regular check-in is at 4 pm; check-out at 10:00am. An early arrival or a late check-out may be possible for a $75 fee. Guests must inquire with Keefe Rentals staff whether this is an option for their reserved property. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10:00am on departure day to inspect the property and prepare accommodations for incoming guests. Failure to check out on time without written consent from Keefe will result in a minimum $50.00 per hour fee.
Each Keefe Vacation Rentals property is individually owned, and has its own pet-policy. Each pet-friendly reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 per dog. Cats are not allowed unless explicitly stated in writing by the owner of the property. No pets of any size are allowed in any Keefe Vacation rental that is not pet-friendly. Violation of the policy is subject to immediate termination of rental, and forfeiture of any deposits. You will also be charged a fee for pest control, a deep clean, and an equivalent of one days rent which, when combined usually amounts to over $600.00. This is strictly enforced. The reservation cleaning fee and Accidental Damage Waiver does not cover damage or flea infestation caused by a pet. Any additional cleaning will be billed at the rate of $25/hour and charged to the credit-card on file.
